This document details changes to the GP Patient Survey relating to the questionnaire content, survey methodology and associated data treatment, as well as organisational structures.

Changes are grouped by survey year, starting with the latest (2025) survey.

Please note, this document covers the survey changes from 2017, when the survey moved to an annual format.
